Our journey began with a personal calling. After years working in the corporate world, our founder felt a profound pull back to nature. Seeking an authentic, grounded way of life, she delved into the rich history of her ancestors and their traditional herbal practices. What began as a passion project quickly transformed into a deeper study of herbalism, and ultimately, into the creation of You Are The Plant . This business was born from a desire to offer others the chance to experience the healing power of nature, with products that bring a moment of peace and connection into daily routines.

Our Range Includes:

Chai Blends: Traditionally brewed for centuries in India, our caffeine free chai combines cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and other warming spices to create a rich, full-bodied experience. Mie with or with out milk or milk substitutes it’s a grounding drink, warming from the inside out, and perfect for moments when you need to pause and recharge.
Elixirs & Tinctures: Our elixirs offer concentrated blends of herbal ingredients designed to provide support for immunity, digestion, and overall vitality. Each ingredient is carefully chosen to provide a synergistic boost, turning to the healing power of nature’s own remedies.
Seasonal Offerings: Limited blends, seasonal offerings that harmonise with nature’s cycles, helping you align with the changing seasons and other great new offerings along the way.
Our Commitment to Quality
Each of our products is crafted with care, using high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients. We prioritise organic herbs wherever possible and work with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainable, responsible practices. Our focus is on creating blends that are as close to nature as possible, capturing the purity and potency of each ingredient.
We are transitioning over to organic only products but this process will take time as we work through some our existing supply of product, to ensure waste reduction. In the meantime our products are source through reputable suppliers and generally are pesticide free.
