Change of Mind

Because of the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind. We encourage you to carefully select your items before purchasing.  We are always here to assist you in making your selection in the event you may have any questions.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you happen to receive a product that’s faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’re here to help. While such issues are rare, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll promptly work to resolve it. Just reach out to us at info@youaretheplant.com.au or 0478 649 880 with your order details and a brief description of the issue. We’re committed to making things right for you!

Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive your return request and verify the issue, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement or a refund, including any return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Exceptions

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty or damaged.

How to Return an Item

  2. Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and easy instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  3. Processing: Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement within 7 business days.
